The Rental Process
|
Renting at Nepgill Park is a straightforward and transparent process. We carry out standard reference and credit checks; however, no administrative fees are charged. To secure a property, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to five weeks’ rent, along with the first month’s rent in advance. All deposits are protected with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
We welcome applicants aged 18 and over. Please note that, in accordance with park rules, children and certain pets (including cats and dogs) are not permitted within our rental properties. All properties are offered an assured periodic tenancy with no fixed term. To ensure a consistently high standard of accommodation, inspections are conducted every six months as part of our proactive property maintenance programme. |
