Welcome to Nepgill Park
Carefully landscaped for this quiet corner of Cumbria, Nepgill Park is the perfect choice for those who appreciate the tranquillity of a rural setting. Nestled in the village of Bridgefoot, the Park enjoys unobstructed views of the beautiful Lakeland fells of Buttermere and close proximity to the West Cumbrian towns of Cockermouth and Workington.

Nepgill Park includes Millbanks Court, a newer development of twin homes with sett-stone driveways and adjacent garages. On the original park a mixture of single and twin homes encircle traditional stone cottages and barn conversions which are available to let. Nepgill is unique in that its 12-month license for residential living has been granted in perpetuity.

The Park has been developed with conservation in mind. Its wild areas provide sanctuary to the endangered Red Squirrel and other wildlife. To preserve this habitat as well as the peaceful atmosphere on the Park, cats and dogs are not allowed. Although children are not accepted as residents they are most welcome as visitors.
